Turn your backyard patio into a colorful oasis with this bright and colorful DIY Upcycled Pallet Rainbow Flower Garden. This is a super fun weekend project that the kids can help out with! Use colorful acrylic paints that you already own to make this an inexpensive backyard DIY.

Materials you need :
Pallet
Sand paper
Acrylic paints in every color of the rainbow
Paint brushes
Drill and drill bits
Zinc machine bolts and wing nuts
Terra cotta flower pots
Flowers

Step 1) Gather together your materials and sand your pallet to remove any pieces that will sliver.

Step 2) Paint your pallet with your favorite rainbow colors.

Step 3) Apply a layer of varnish to your project.

Step 4) Plant your flowers in your terra cotta flower pots.

Step 5) Drill holes in each of your worm clamps.

Step 6) Decide where you want your flower pots to hang and drill holes.

Step 7) Insert bolts through the holes that you drilled in your worm clamps and then insert the bolt through the holes that you drilled into the pallet.

Step 8) Using a flat head screwdriver tighten the worm clamp around your terra cotta flower pot.
