2 googly eyes
Tools: black marker, scissors (age-appropriate or parental guidance), pencil, glue stick and white craft glue

1)Begin by tracing your CD onto a piece of white paper.

3)When your entire circle is covered you can cut it out and attach it to the CD with a glue stick.

Follow the photo diagrams for the following steps.

5)Cut a triangle from black paper and place it so the top point is pointing downward. Cut the tips of the triangle off, but discard only the bottom tip.

6)Take the triangle center and round the corners with scissors. Attach the side triangles as the ears with a glue stick. Use a glue stick to attach the head to the CD and white craft glue to add the googly eyes.

7)Cut a square from black paper and cut it in half lengthwise. Use scissors to round off the bottom edges. Use glue stick to attach the legs to the back of the CD at the bottom.
