Well it’s that time of year for some adorable Easter crafts and DIY projects. This Happy Easter banner is the perfect way to get into the Easter mood.  I absolutely love the spin on the bunny image and that it’s not a bunny face but a cute little glimpse of their cotton ball tails.

If you’re looking for a fast craft with big results this is for you… I’m including each step in this DIY with pics so making this should be a breeze… So here we go..let’s make a bunny banner!

To complete this project you will need:

1. Printer
2. Cardstock paper
3. Scissors
4. Glue
5. Hole Punch
6. Cotton Balls 3-4
7. Ribbon

Step 1:
Print out on cardstock paper. You could use regular paper if that’s all you have, cardstock just seems to protect your banner, for those of you that may have little ones reaching for it.

Step 2:
Cut your bunnies out….yes step two is really that easy…

Step 3:
Using your hole puncher: Punch a hole into each year, as close to the edge as you can.  You will repeat this for each bunny.

Step 4:
Cut cotton balls into smaller sizes and roll with your fingers into a small ball. 3 cotton balls is all you will need for each bunny with a letter on it. Take one whole cotton ball and roll into a large round tail for the bunny that does not have a letter.

Dip bunny tail into glue and wipe of excess glue. Fasten your bunny just under each letter as seen below.

Step 5:
Once your bunnies have dried string them onto your ribbon of choice and enjoy!!!
