These neon color blocked shoes are perfect for a bright, modern wedding. They’re also super easy to make!
You’ll need: neon spray paint, painter’s tape, a plastic bag, newspaper, and white shoes.
Use the tape and plastic to cover the back of the shoe.
Fill the shoe with newspaper.
Spray the front of the shoe with the neon spray, holding the can about 8-10 inches from the shoes.
Let the shoes dry and remove the tape for a fabulous neon wedding day look!
