Try it and you will not believe in your eyes. Half a cup of tea three times per day and you will see results not dare to dream. Naturally significantly helps but does not mean that you will eat pizza and tea will do all the work!

Ingredients for 2-4 people

1 teaspoon dried green tea
1 teaspoon dried sage
Peel off a red apple
3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried fennel
1 teaspoon dried dill


Boil 2 cups of water and remove from fire.

Pour all ingredients except vinegar. Leave for 1 hour in the pot.

Drain , add the vinegar and stir well.

Drink half a cup of drink 3 times per day , half an hour before eating.

* If you add apple cider vinegar attention if you are not experiencing problems with your stomach, you will see deflate and greater relief from constipation. The hot tea is extremey beneficial and the summer as detoxifies and helps homeostasis of the body to cope with the heat! Oh, yes!
